Moving and decorating is taking place the week of 12/11-12/15 for both the Castleby model and the Americana models. Home sites will be available in the spring of ’07, and construction of our model for this community is slated for early ’07. Highland Woods is a master planned community offering ponds, creeks, wooded lots, walk out basements. Along with a commitment to be involved in this community, Overstreet Builders will be showcasing our model in the 2007 Gallery of Homes, which will take place in this subdivision. | Overstreet is excited to announce that we have signed a contract on our “Hurricane Katrina” house, with a scheduled closing date in mid-December. This home was started when hurricane Katrina devastated the south, with anticipated profits and materials generously donated in a relief effort by many of our trades and suppliers. | Construction has begun on our 2 new models which are scheduled to be open by Christmas ’06. One model will be the “Castleby” with the introduction of a new elevation. The other model, called the “Americana” is part of our new “select series” of homes, which will include completely new floor plans and designs.
