Overstreet Builders has remained in Northwestern Illinois since its beginning in 1961. Since the 90s, we have been involved in over 20 communities that span from Elgin to Naperville and many places in between. Below is a timeline outlining when we were involved in which communities. At the bottom of the page is a newspaper clipping of one of the unique homes built for the Cavalcade of Homes in 1987.

The builders hope it will be as popular as their similar-in-appearance 1986 Cavalcade entry, the Hamlet, which received the "Gold People's Choice Award."
