You're the proud owner of a new Overstreet home! But once the moving truck pulls away, what happens next? We know that buying a custom home is one of the biggest purchases you'll ever make, which is why we offer security and peace of mind well into the future. 

Our commitment to excellence doesn't stop at the sale — we stand behind our work and provide the same high-level service even after we hand you the keys. Rest assured that we will be there to take care of your home. Here's how:

Warranty Protection

Most people buy a new construction home to avoid the hassle and expense of maintaining an older one. The entire infrastructure of the home, from foundation, to plumbing, electrical, appliances, roofing and more, is all brand new. This means it should stay in good condition for many years to come. 

But even with all that newness, things can sometimes go wrong. That's why we offer a comprehensive warranty on every home we build:

30-Day Warranty: After living in your home a few weeks, you may notice a few items that were missed during the construction process. No problem! Submit your 30-Day Warranty Request Form and we will correct defects in workmanship or materials that are reported to us.

1-Year Warranty: By month 11, you  should have a pretty good idea of how everything in your home is holding up. If you need any repairs or replacements before the end of your first year in your new home, please submit your 1-Year Warranty Form and we'll support you in resolving the issue.

Emergency Customer Service

Sometimes problems arise that just can't wait. We know that and we're here to help with 24/7 emergency customer service.

We've partnered with several reputable companies to give you around the clock care for your plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. They will respond to your call quickly and have the experience and knowledge to solve most problems on the spot.
