The Berkshire

The Berkshire is a beautiful take on a 2-story with first floor master. It offers a full first floor master bedroom suite, complete with double bowl vanity, separate soaking tub and shower and a massive walk in closet. The standard plan offers 3 bedrooms total, with a 4th bedroom (along with a 3rd full bathroom) available as an option. The open kitchen with large island and walk-in pantry offers plenty of practical living space. Upstairs bedrooms are served by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom. Located right off the garage is a mudroom (separate from the laundry!), helpful for keeping the family organized. Other available options include a sunroom, expanded shower in master bath, powder room shower plus much more!
