From Blueprint to Beautiful: Our New Model Home Is Almost Finished
What started as a set of plans and a vision is quickly becoming a finished home.
Our newest model home at the Reserves of Saddle Creek is almost ready for its big debut, and we're excited to finally share what we've been working toward.
Over the past several months, we've watched this home progress from the early stages of construction to a home filled with the details that make it feel truly finished. We've shared glimpses of the progress along the way, and now we're getting very close to the finish line.
Watching the Vision Take Shape
Building a custom home is a process, and there's something pretty special about seeing that process unfold.
What began with architectural plans and an empty homesite has evolved layer by layer. Framing established the structure and character of the home. Mechanical systems went in behind the walls. Then came the details that begin to transform a construction site into a home - from wood floors, carpet and tile to cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and more.
With each step, the vision becomes a little easier to see.
And this particular home has a lot to reveal.
Designed for Everyday Living and Extraordinary Moments
This model was designed to showcase how thoughtful planning can create a home that works beautifully for everyday life while still offering plenty of opportunities to gather, entertain, relax, and make the space your own.
At the heart of the home is a chef's kitchen with a dedicated scullery, providing additional prep and storage space while keeping the main kitchen clean, open, and inviting.
The kitchen flows naturally into a spacious garden room, extending the gathering and dining space and creating even more room for everyday living and entertaining. Just beyond the garden room is a three-season room, an inviting space designed to extend indoor/outdoor living throughout much of the year.
For entertaining, a beautifully appointed wine room near the kitchen adds another thoughtful touch, making it easy to transition from preparing a meal to hosting friends and family.
On the first floor, a thoughtfully designed in-law suite offers privacy and flexibility for multigenerational living or accommodating overnight guests.
Upstairs, the primary suite takes luxury to another level. The primary bedroom opens to a private balcony, while the spa-inspired bathroom features a steam shower, soaking tub, and sauna, creating a private retreat designed for relaxation at the end of the day.

Our new model home will make its debut mid-September and will be available to tour during the 2026 Cavalcade Tour of Homes, taking place September 18–20 and September 25–27, 2026.
