What We're Looking For
Our Land Acquisition Program focuses on residential properties with the potential to become future custom home homesites, including:
•Vacant residential lots in communities that are just starting, are partially finished or a last lot in a subdivision
•Infill lots - such as downtown properties with no homes or tear down opportunities
•Large parcels and acreage - either to leave as one property or to subdivide where possible rezoning is required
•Estate properties – to leave as an oversized estate property or a property to split into smaller properties
•Teardown and redevelopment opportunities of barns or larger buildings
We're actively seeking land opportunities throughout Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego, Yorkville, Downers Grove, St. Charles, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Lemont, Burr Ridge, and surrounding communities. Generally speaking, within about 30 miles of our model home, but please approach us if you have something worth looking at – even if it’s outside of that parameter.
